I just wanted to let you know my Louis XV chairs and ottoman arrived safely on Saturday. They have surpassed expectations in their elegance, detail and finish; I just adore them! It was certainly worth the months of careful thought and searching for fabric, and they look extremely handsome in my sitting room. When I have the antique French gilded cabinet, mirrors and other decorative elements finished, I shall email you a couple of photos.

Purchasing such large ticket items, a once-in-a- lifetime occasion for me, was something I was initially nervous of doing on-line, but your professionalism was reassuring.

Finally, can you please pass on (I am afraid I did not get the transport driver’s name) to the transport company my gratitude for the driver’s impressive professionalism. He arrived just on dusk in teeming rain; my house has extremely steep and difficult access, yet his care to ensure the chairs neither got wet nor knocked against any of the narrow and tortuous stair turns was magnificent. He went beyond the call of duty in placing them beautifully in my sitting room and carefully assisted in removing all packaging.

This has been a delightful experience for me, with your team concerned not only for the quality of the product and my satisfaction with it, but also for the design ambience created within my interior décor as well.
